First up momager and matriarch, Kris Jenner.
While Grandmother Kris has admitted to having a facelift and several breast implant surgeries, looking at these photos it seems there's one obvious surgery she hasn't mentioned. Her nose! It looks considerably larger in the before photo, but perfectly fine. The after result doesn't appear to have gone according to plan, but don't worry Kris you're still a fabulous glam granny!
Next up in Kris's words 'her favourite daughter' Kim Kardashian:
Where to start?! It looks like Kim's had her hair line lasered as it's much lower in the photo from 2006. The reality star's nose appears slimmed down on the 2014 photo and the nose to mouth lines are smoothed out which would suggest some fillers.
The eldest Kardashian sister Kourtney Kardashian doesn't seem to be all natural either:
We seem to have a bit of a trend going on here, another one of the ladies appears to have had a rhinoplasty (nose job) Subtle but very nicely done. Kourtney's smooth forehead will be the result of botox injections on a regular basis.
The youngest of the Kardashian sisters Khloe before and after:
Although Khloe recently revealed in an interview in UK Cosmopolitan Magazine that her mother Kris Jenner told her she needed a nose job aged nine and she was proud of the fact she never succumbed to plastic surgery pressure, it's evident here her nose seems to be slightly slimmer. Those gorgeous full lips are all her own though!
